Opportunity:
This role will suit a service leaver looking for a step up into a position with more responsibility and exposure across the business. The candidate will join the Fund Platform team, based in London. This team is responsible for the driving critical strategic initiatives that underpin the continued eveolution and success of S64’s platform, and the holder of this role will play an important part in executing these. Specifically, the Platform Manager will be responsible for aligning stakeholder interests, ensuring smooth end-to-end platform operations, and managing ongoing client relationships to support the S64’s emphasis on client service, resolving complex issues and innovative solutions.

Key Team Deliverables:
Project Management
Plan and execute high-impact projects in partnership with internal stakeholders (e.g. Platform, Technology, Operations) and external stakeholders (Administrators, AIFMs, other third-party providers).
Drive consensus across diverse teams, ensuring all initiatives remain aligned with S64’s wider objectives and client requirements.
Coordinate with Structuring, Lifecycle and Technology teams on the business’s main initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications to drive transparency and accountability.
Oversight of Platform & Lifecycle KPIs
Monitor and report on core platform metrics, including performance, responsiveness, and lifecycle milestones.
Identify improvement areas, propose action plans, and follow through on their implementation to continually enhance the platform’s effectiveness.
SLA Management
Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements for the platform, holding internal and external teams accountable for meeting performance and response standards.
Serve as an escalation point to quickly address and resolve SLA-related issues.
Policies & Procedures
Develop and refine policies, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks specific to platform operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.
Hands-On Leadership
Adopt a “roll up your sleeves” approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
Set an example for cross-departmental collaboration, driving results through direct engagement and clear communication.
Client Service & Relationship Management
Lead and support client service reviews, engaging with Administrators and other third-party providers including AIFMs to address client feedback and operational enhancements.
Participate in client onboarding meetings to ensure a seamless experience and highlight the platform’s value proposition.
Provide presentations on our service model, showcasing how the platform meets evolving client and market demands.
Qualifications
Recent service leaver who has served in the UK regular armed forces with a minimum of 3 years’ service.
You must have left regular service within the last 12 months, or evidence you have been in academic study of masters level or higher immediately after leaving service.
A capacity to learn, strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm are fundamental.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related STEM field.
Demonstratable experience managing complex projects.
