Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to develop their expertise in HR operations, analytics, and processes. As a Junior HR Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide first tier customer service to employees and HR stakeholders. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Support data entry and auditing activities to ensure data integrity
Process employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding and offboarding. Support annual HR processes such as Annual Performance Reviews
Assist with the recruitment process, including creating and managing LinkedIn job posts. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, collating feedback, and following up with stakeholders.
Support benefits administration by providing accurate employee data.
Generate and analyse HR reports related to headcount and other key metrics.
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with local labour laws and regulations.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
